By using this service as a restaurant staff member or a guest placing an order, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Description of service
This service lets guests order from their table by scanning a code, and lets restaurant staff confirm, prepare, and settle those orders.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to submit fraudulent orders, interfere with another table’s session, or attempt to access restaurant data you are not a member of.
Accounts and access
Restaurant staff accounts are provisioned by the restaurant’s owner or manager. Guests do not need an account to order.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use is excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here once this page moves past its draft stage.
